Hand-wrapped around French wires, the hoops that form the focal point of these Labradorite Hoop Earrings are freeform and give a natural look to the lobe. A cluster of earth tone labrodites hangs from the earrings. Because they are each suspended from their own link, these labradorite beads bounce on the hoops with the natural movements of the head. These Robyn Klauer designed Labrodite Hoop Earrings measure 1.5 inches.

At first glance, the labradorite may appear to be a dull, pedestrian stone. But viewed from the right angle, it casts a colorful shriller that teases the eye. This fascinating mineral exhibits a unique beauty that is both natural and charming.
The glowing surface of the labrodite playfully toys with light, producing a quality known as labradorescence across cleavage planes and in sliced sections. The stone typically displays intense colors ranging from blues and violets to greens, yellows and oranges. In rare cases, it may exhibit all of these colors simultaneously.
These labradorite hoops measure approximately 1.5 inches.

As with most gemstones, labrodites can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush but they should be rinsed well. Exposure to harsh temperatures, chemicals and sharp blows should be avoided.
Sterling silver should be stored in an airtight container with a soft lining.Cleaning with soap and water and buffing with a soft cloth will keep your sterling silver shiny as new. Avoid exposure of your sterling silver to abrasive cleansers and bleach, which may cause discoloration.
