Naka cotton comes from the northern region of Thailand, which has a rich cotton-making history.  The word “Naka” describes the pattern that is woven into the fabric.

Throughout Thailand, bamboo grows wild. In northwestern Thailand, certain varieties of bamboo can grow to a diameter of one meter. The pliable and strong nature of bamboo allows it to be fashioned into various shapes. Because it is easy to grow, bamboo is a great natural resource for a sustainable Thai economy.
