PRODUCTS

How do I find sizing information? 
On the Size & Details Tab at the bottom of the Product page.  If you have any questions you can send an email to

How do I know if an item is in stock? 
Whenever possible, we try to update the site as soon as an item is out of stock but it is not always possible to do so in a timely manner.  If an order is placed and the item is out of stock, an email will be sent to you to let you know of the status and what your choices are.

How do I find manufacturer information?
On each product page you will find a link to the artisan or artists or cooperative who produced your product whenever possible.

ORDER & GIFTING

How do I track my order?
Upon receipt of your order, we will ship and generate a tracking number which will be emailed to you.  You can then use this tracking number at the Shipping Company’s site to track your order.  Prior to shipping, you may log in to your account to check the status of your order(s).

Do you offer gift boxes?
All orders come with a complimentary Blue Gobi gift box.  Gift wrapping is available for an extra charge of $4.95.  See Customer Service page for details.

SHIPPING & TAXES

How much does it cost to ship?
Standard Shipping is $9.95 to ship within the continental United States for all products except Art.  Expedited shipping via Second Day Air or Express Mail is also available.  Please view Shipping and Handling on the Customer Service Page for details on your options.

What shipping methods do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service or Federal Express. We will select the best option for your package.

When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
Standard Shipping shall arrive in approximately 5 business days from when the order is placed. Expedited Shipping shall arrive in 1-2 business days depending on the service chosen and only if the order is placed prior to 3pm MST.

Why are orders shipped to Utah taxed?
Since Blue Gobi is based in Utah, residents of Utah must pay 4.75% Sales Tax according to State law.

PAYMENT

Can I use a gift certificate as payment?
Yes, you can use a gift certificate.  If you have a gift certificate, please use the code at checkout.  To purchase a gift certificate, please go to the Gift Certificates link at the bottom of every page.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Am I responsible for shipping on an exchange or returned order?
Yes, when exchanging/returning an item you are responsible for shipping your items using a trackable shipping method.  We also recommend that you insure your exchange/return.  

How do I exchange a gift?
Place your order for your exchange item by phone at 888.679.7717, indicating that it is an exchange.  Then send in the gift with the gift receipt you were given and upon receipt, your new item will be shipped to you.  Please follow instructions on the customer service page.

How do I return an item?
Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, please send back the item via a traceable delivery shipping service and insure for the value of the item.  Please do not send the package C.O.D. as we do not accept C.O.D. returns.  Please indicate the reason for return or exchange.  Once we receive your return/exchange, we will process it for an exchange of the item you indicated or issue a refund to the credit card used.  In the case of a refund, credit card refunds should be reflected on your billing statement within 1-2 cycles.

How long will it take to get a credit for a refund? 
Generally a credit takes 1-2 billing cycles.

What is your return policy?
At any time should you feel dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever please ship the item back and a credit will be given to you provided it is in the original condition you received it in.  If you have any concerns on a return please call us at 888.679.7717 or send us an e-mail at CustomerService@bluegobi.com.

Why am I billed for my exchange order?
If the value of your exchange is greater than the return item you will be billed for the difference.
