Shipping Standard Shipping Standard shipping is a flat fee of $9.95 for all items, except for art. Standard shipping is free with a jewelry order of $1000 or more. All jewelry orders arrive in complimentary Blue Gobi Gift Boxes. Art items will have an additional shipping fee of $50 due to size and weight. Standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive in 3 business days after your order is processed and packaged. If an order is placed prior to 3pm MST Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays), it is usually shipped out within 48 hours. If an order is placed prior to 3pm MST on Friday, the order is usually shipped out on the following Wednesday. Expedited Shipping Second Day Air shipping is available for all items except for art. There is an additional fee of $9.00 for Second Day Air shipping via FedEx. Overnight delivery is available for an additional fee of $13.00 via USPS Express Mail*. Art items are excluded from Second Day Air FedEx and USPS Express Mail shipping. Second Day Air and Express Mail overnight shipping orders must be placed prior to 3pm MST Monday through Thursday (excluding Holidays) to ensure on time delivery. Packages with Second Day Air shipping should arrive within two business days by the end of the business day. Packages with Express Mail delivery should arrive by the closing of the next business day. Please provide a street address and telephone number as FedEx cannot ship to a post office box address. *USPS Express Mail delivery may not be available in some areas. Returns & Exchange Blue Gobi believes in its products and its customers. At any point in time, should you find the item you purchased not living up to your expectations, simply return it for an exchange or a refund. It is our goal to make you happy. Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, please send back the item via a traceable delivery shipping service and insure for the value of the item. Please do not send the package C.O.D. as we do not accept C.O.D. returns. Please indicate the reason for return or exchange. Your orders will be shipped as soon as the check or money order is processed and paid by your financial institution. Checks returned unpaid are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by the State of Utah. Blue Gobi requires the use of your credit card security code during the check out process. The code is created by your financial institution to prevent fraudulent use of your card. It is usually a 3 digit number found on the front of the American Express and a 3-4 digit number found on the back of the VISA/MasterCard.
